This 8-week program combines nutrition advice, metabolism testing, low impact exercise and
group motivation. It's great for all levels, especially those new to exercise.
The class meets three times a week for 60 to 75 minutes; there are two sessions to help
fit your schedule. Choose either Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 9:15 am or
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm. And remember, if you've taken a previous
Weight Loss class at the Club, you'll be in a separate nutrition class with all new information!
Cost is $80/person. (Members continuing from previous sessions can sign up for $65 without
the metabolism testing.) Prizes will be awarded for best attendance and highest
